MediaVerter is built around a simple idea: converting a video to audio should be fast, clear and free from unnecessary steps.
Customer support
Add your real support email before launch. For example: support@your-domain.com. Keep this address consistent across the website and payment receipts.
Payment questions
For payment or subscription questions, include the email used at checkout and, if available, the Stripe receipt or payment reference. Never send your full card number.
Technical problems
If a conversion fails, tell us the approximate file size, browser and time of the failed attempt. This makes troubleshooting much faster.
Keep sensitive information private
Do not send passwords, payment card details, private keys or other sensitive information in a support message.
