Information we collect
Depending on how the service is configured, MediaVerter may process an email address, technical information needed to operate the service and the video file you choose to convert.
How information is used
Information may be used to provide conversions, process payments, provide customer support, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. Do not collect information that is not needed for these purposes.
Uploaded files
Uploaded files need temporary processing so the requested MP3 can be generated. Define the actual deletion period and storage behavior in the final policy before launch.
Payments
When live payments are enabled, payment details should be handled by the payment provider. MediaVerter should not store full card numbers or security codes.
